I ordered flowers for delivery via phone and it was a wonderful experience. The woman was so kind and patient as I stumbled through what I wanted. The address to deliver to wasn’t on google maps and I was worried about the driver getting lost (or a refusal to deliver)—she wasn’t concerned and the flowers arrived perfectly. Additionally, the recipient was going to be gone for part of the day and they were able to accommodate a time to deliver when she was home.
