I'm in town from California for the month, newly dealing with celiacs. it's nice to find local bakeries catering to people with autoimmune diseases. I cannot say enough good things about The Wild Muffin! Im from Boston and blindly ordered 6vanilla and 6 chocolate cupcakes for a baby shower I was hosting in Nashville for a mom to be who has celiac and some guests who had other allergies. Not only were the cupcakes beautiful they were FANTASTIC! Seriously, they were better than any wheat-soy-nut filled cupcake I’ve ever had! This was my favorite find for gluten free desserts ever!!! I like deserts but usually feel things are too sweet. The deserts here are thoughtfully created with both health and fun in mind! I thoroughly enjoyed my muffins and cupcakes without feeling the least bit guilty...or sick. Best place ever!!!
