WIld Artichoke This is a very good restaurant in a surprising location. Inconspicuously located in a strip mall in Yorba Linda, the food and service are terrific; Chef D'Aquila presents a personal take on continental cuisine with excellent quality and variety, including an imaginative wine list. The braised beef rib is a great cool weather selection, though not always on the menu.
Great food, average wine list My wife and I have eaten here twice, really enjoyed our entrees both times. The salmon with ruby grapefruit and basil chiffonade was superb on our last visit. The halibut with a burre blanc sauce was cooked absolutely perfectly. The iceberg wedge with blue cheese and tomatoes was very generous as an appetizer, perfect for us to split. Service is young, friendly, and pleasant.
