Wild Artichoke Wild Artichoke has a very unique and creative menu. The food is always excellent! The service is always very good. I would definitely recommend Wild Artichoke.
WIld Artichoke This is a very good restaurant in a surprising location. Inconspicuously located in a strip mall in Yorba Linda, the food and service are terrific; Chef D'Aquila presents a personal take on continental cuisine with excellent quality and variety, including an imaginative wine list. The braised beef rib is a great cool weather selection, though not always on the menu. With only about 8 tables, arrive early or get reservations.
Great food, average wine list My wife and I have eaten here twice, really enjoyed our entrees both times. The salmon with ruby grapefruit and basil chiffonade was superb on our last visit. The halibut with a burre blanc sauce was cooked absolutely perfectly. The iceberg wedge with blue cheese and tomatoes was very generous as an appetizer, perfect for us to split. Wild Artichoke is yummy MMMMM...this place is a great hole in the wall restaurant. The service is fabulous and the food is really good comfort food. You'll be full and happy.
RecommendedNew Year’s Eve dinner was takeout from The Wild Artichoke and it was AMAZING! The scallops were divine on a bed of risotto. They had a sear that was perfection and were so tender they melted in my mouth. Hubs had the chicken parmigiana that was huge but very tender and moist. So big he has some left for sandwich at lunch. The finale of Tiramisu was best we ever had. Chef James is a master in the kitchen and all though we are eating at home, he makes the experience wonderful. We highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hubby and I got take out from Wild Artichoke last night. The filet, veggies, and mashed potatoes were cooked to perfection and so delicious. If you’re looking for something yummy to eat, support our local gems, like Wild Artichoke. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Chef James is amazing! 😋
The Old Saybrook Seafood Pasta was so good. Gone before we had time to take a pic!
