Amazing clinic, great drs. very caring! Have always got great care here! My sons see Dr. Kaufmann/cooley i see Dr. Laird. Dr. laird is by far one of the kindest most caring drs. i have ever seen! Am always able to get appts. when needed and they truly listen to me when i have concerns! I have always gotten superior treatment from her and she truly cares about her patients! Highly recommend this clinic! Have never had any issues with billing from them, they are always on top of things like that.
Terrible billing. We've always had good medical but have been charged by the office multiple times, billing mishandled. I'm ready to seek medical attention elsewhere which is a shame considering my kids love Dr. Cooley and she is amazing. I just can't see continuing to over pay, take days off to go meet with the finance guy and then subsequently rebilled. We are for sure just a number. Last time they billed Cigna twice although I have blue cross/blue shield. I am beyond aggrivated with the service here.
