My experience is that Veronica listens and does a complete assessment before she starts the therapy. She hones in and delivers her skill with compassion and expertise. I absolutely love her studio as it embodies healing and wellness and comfort. She’s thought of everything for an outstanding experience.
I am a Retired Navy Veteran and have been getting treatment from Veronica for about two years. She was wonderful in explaining the process I would be going through, when I started this, I never had Accupucture before. I was a little concern, would it even work for me. I had multiple health problem while going through my treatments which stop my accupucture, but Veronica was very helpful and understanding. Was really looking forward to my treatments with Veronica, but I was running 9 minutes late to my first appointment and she left a cross voicemail and immediately cancelled every future appointment stating VA contracting rules. When I spoke with the VA I was told that is not their policy. Afterwards when I tried to text her to explain what had happened, she never replied. I understand I was running late, but the abruptness in which she responded so negatively and in the extreme was really shocking. Truly disappointed.
Veronica is absolutely amazing! Caring and extremely knowledgeable.
I’ve been coming to The Whole Point for about 8 months now and my experience is always great. Veronica is very personable and has a great bedside manner. She takes a few minutes at the beginning of every visit to check on progress from the previous visit and to help decide what to focus on that day. She’s always on time for appointments and the rooms she uses are always clean. She was also able to squeeze me in last minute when my back went out and I was in need of her help. I can’t say enough good things about Veronica!
