Atrocious service! The cashier forgot about my food and coffee drink purchase even though he proactively asked for a tip when ordering. Thirty-five minutes after I placed my order, I was notified they were out chicken. Given I had already paid and submitted a tip on their iPad register, I had to change my order to a grill cheese which took another forty minutes to arrive! Melissa, I'm so sorry had this negative experience. It is unacceptable that any staff should ask for a tip and your meal and drinks should have been free for the terribly long wait. I'd like to refund your money. If you will message our Facebook page directly we will take care of you.
The Whitehouse has great coffee! It provides a roomy space with lots of light for studying or hanging out. During the day, the music is never too loud and there are plenty of outlets - which is a must for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my favorite spot in Denton.
