I was referred there from a local rental company. I was needing to rent a couple of last minute white linens. No in house rentals available or walkthrough showroom. The attendant greeted me at the door from around the corner.. and pretty much adv that they require a 2 week notice and that was that. Didn't ask what I needed..offer any type of asst. store hours..etc... No...look us up online...call for a consultation/appt...look us up on spcial media..nothing...acted as if I was disturbing her.
