VERY DISAPPOINTED! Spent over $250 and when our renters moved in the vacuumed again again and it looked like this "service" hadn't even touched the floors. Save yourself money and go elsewhere...
This company was given 1 star since there is no way to rate a zero. I am writing this review so no one has to go through the same experience as me. I have had a highly negative and emotionally draining experience with this company. This is the first time we have hired a maid company to clean the house, and seeing as it is a family owned company was one of the reasons I choose to us them. I was very pleased with the office staff when I called to set up my cleaning appointment. They were very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently! The maid that cleaned my home did a great job...She was detailed and efficient. I was quite happy to come home to a clean house! :-) I'll definitely call again!
I have used the White Glove for both house cleaning and carpet cleaning. I would recommend them for all your household cleaning needs. They are in my opinion the best in the business.
