Ironically I came to this shop to complete some work yesterday As it's local to me and I know the shop well, It made sense for me to do it on my way home. I've always admired this lovely shop... Mainly because It looks very bright, clean and well presented. They have some really beautiful items upstairs in the bedding and nightwear department... Beautiful gifts. But wrapping and presentation skills leave a lot to be desired at this shop. A pity really. Not a good experience. Will not be shipping for gifts here again. Fat better customer service elsewhere.
