We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your experience. After speaking with the staff it has been determined that the time your family was dining with us was during the same time that we had a private party of 40 being served in our private dining room and unfortunately we were also short handed. We try very hard to prevent these situations from affecting our customers but unfortunately that's not always possible. In those instances we hope our customers can show us patience and understanding.
