Great lobster lunch deal - very friendly & Sue was greatest waitress!!
We have been there before, so we know the food is good, taste of home (New England); but we were not pleased with the waitress's "service". Drinks came late or not at all, and refills not offered. Some food orders not correct. Hesitate going back, since it's happened more than once.

I'm sorry to hear that your service was below par, it's not the norm. We did have an issue with being a staff member short, and this may have contributed to the events which caused your poor service. My apologies.
Staff was excellent and very friend. The food was fabulous!! Can't wait to get a group together and go back!!
With a lunch BOGO it is a great bargain, nice view if you sit outside, friendly staff.
Love love this restaurant. The food is great. The lobsters are the best in Naples. The staff are friendly and happy. Pleasant atmosphere indoors and well as the patio.
