Absolutely horrible experience! We were out of state buyers working with Stephanie. The ad called for selllers to refinish hardword floors. As we were out of state, we relied on the realtor. Came in town for the final walk-thru ofcourse hardwood floors were not refinished. House was a mess, not even broom swept. Supposedly the seller’s realtor offered a $300 cleaning credit as she felt bad at the pictures on house where each broker got $22k+ commissions. Not surprisingly she never gave us that either.
