This is by far the best coffee shop in the south east!
Such a great find! Was driving from Raleigh to Charlotte and made a quick stop at this coffee shop. The barista was so kind and the latte was delicious!
Was in Archdale taking my dog to the vet for a early morning appt. After wanted a coffee, so googled coffee shops and the Wet Whistle came up. Both the wife and I got a latte. EXCELLENT!!! Plus the wife enjoyed shopping the crafts while I relaxed in a comfy chair. Will be back soon. BTW, the service was friendly efficient.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. There is a wide variety of baked goods that are ‘regular’ and gluten free. The drink menus are extensive, check the posted options. I had a blueberry lemon loaf slice, PERFECT! I also got a strawberry ‘pop tart’, looks delish, haven’t tried it yet. I got a small blueberry iced tea, was refreshing. The atmosphere was great, but you go to a coffee shop for good coffee, which this was NOT. All three of us in our group were extremely disappointed. The coffee in our drinks tasted very burned, and one of the drinks also had a strong bitterness. Two of us only drank a portion of our beverages before throwing them away, and one of us had an upset stomach afterwards; what a waste of money.
