The main problem with this apartment Is the Water issues these apartments had my water off over 100 times in my 3 years living there. It's so frequent you get emails 5/10 per month. They also have a bunch of hidden fees and fines the new management have added so be mindful before moving here. The maintenance responds in a reasonable time but they apply temporary fixes on almost anything. The management is terrible compared to the previous 2 companies. I lived there for 14 months. Very old apartment. The gate, which I paid for on a monthly basis worked only 2 weeks out of the 14 months. Garbage was never picked up though the bill has been paid monthly. Running water is a luxury at this place as the water get shut off twice a week and the record was almost a month without hot water during the cold winter. All they offered was a Target gift card.
