We are blessed to have a great staff at our building. The cleaner is among the best. She recently did some extra cleaning and did a very good job. I'm rating her with 20 stars. Well done. Your work and dedication to us is greatly appreciated.

We had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Lara (working at the front desk Saturday, December 13, 2025, morning 8:44 AM to 12NN) , who was supposed to help us with a simple request. Our thermostat was not heating properly, and we urgently asked for someone to fix it because we are staying at home with our 3-year-old son. A cold room is not acceptable for a small child.
