Buen hotel, con buena ubicación. Todo muy lindo, quizás un pequeño detalle que no me agrada... es la decoración.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Special thanks to Albert at the front desk for assisting me during check-in and making the process smooth and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely stay here again when I visit Calgary.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing, especially considering the price of the hotel. When we arrived around midnight after a long day of travel, we struggled in with all of our luggage. The front desk agent simply stood there staring at us without greeting us or offering assistance. After several awkward minutes, I finally had to say, “Hi?” to initiate any interaction. It was not the warm welcome you would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
