I stayed at The Westley Hotel while attending a conference. The hotel itself meets the expectations of a four-star property — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Overall, the stay itself was good. However, the check-in experience was very frustrating. I was checked in by Arvin, and despite having completed my payment prior to arrival, the process became unnecessarily long and stressful. Great hotel, have been a couple times and would recommend. Feels like an elevated experience at the price point, providing very good value. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating also, which puts it over the top. Restaurant and lobby bar also great
I LOVE this hotel! The decor is stunning. I really enjoy the little window seat too! It feels so premium, down to the Smeg kettle. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is humongous. I parked in the lot next to the hotel for $5 overnight for 3 nights and had no issues.
