Lovely stay and would’ve been 5 stars but was a bit off put by Crystal at the check out. We tried calling twice for some more tissue and laundry bags but no one picked up so when we went down to front desk we asked Crystal for some but she looked so appalled by our ask and was weirdly condescending . She said no to the tissues so we asked if we can take a few tissues on the counter and she’s like “uh… sure...”. This is a perfect place and really friendly, comfortable service
After a paid 7 day reservation, the hotel refused a check-in without a credit card. Their confirmation said debit cards accepted but they changed their policy.
From the moment we entered the castle doors, the margaritas flowed and the hallways glowed. We robed up and absorbed the city from our 180 degree viewimg outpost. The staff set up a surprise birthday spread for my sweetums while we were out on the city for her to come back to balloons and goodies, it made her night! The morning janitor kept us informed about the G7 Summit and how it may affect our journey to Banff. The hotel gave is a free upgrade for the second night.
