We didn't get the early check-in we requested and they tried to upsell us to a suite which we declined. We did get into our booked corner room a tad earlier so all good. Room was a decent size with a couple of armchairs. The big problem we had was next day breakfast where we stood for more than 5 minutes and no staff came to welcome us. There were clearly not enough staff on and no table we could see had much in the way of food.
