Traveled here on a work trip and this hotel was extremely nice. Must nicer than I was expecting. The beds were so comfortable I had some of the best sleep I've ever had in months. The hotel restaurant food was pretty good as well. I very much enjoyed my time and all the amenities the hotel has to offer

An absolutely wonderful stay at The Westin Wilmington! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. This hotel needs an update, big time. Wallpaper peeling from walls, carpet and curtains are old and while they may be clean, they don't appear so because of their age. The hotel should at the least offer real mugs or cups for coffee and tea instead of paper, and a microwave so tea drinkers can heat water without it tasting like coffee. And the photos in the listing are deceiving. There is no view of the river. It's not even close to the water. Not worth the price.
