Amazing front desk. The check-in was flawless. The location is wonderful, near so many things in walking distance. Almost made me use my donation to Planet Fitness (so close), but the rooms. The room was neat and inviting, however all of our glasses were dirty. Not just lint dirty, lip dirty. I have pics. Scary even since there is a $7.00 charge for a water. Please do better for future guest.
Great stay
This was my 2nd time staying at the Westin (both times for a work holiday party). So, a business trip if you will. And both times I had a great experience with the staff (friendly) and the amenities. Okay so the lobby is pretty nice. Festive for the holidays and there's water too next to the elevators. Nothing much to say here besides there's space to work there if you want. It's a nice vibe. And the elevators felt solid. I have lots of nightmares about elevators breaking but I felt safe in them. Took a pic too which is cool... read more
