For the brand Westin, the customer service is unfortunately gone missing. It's peak summer in July, Air-conditioning is not working at the hotel. Front desk staff, I understand they not be able to give accurate estimate of when things will be back, but they were very unapologetic and didn't offer anything even remotely comforting for the inconvenience. We are Platinum Lifetime and Titanium Elite for this year and many previous, while this doesn’t have tremendous real world application I mention that to highlight that we spend many nights in Marriott hotels. I was only at your property for one night but it was actually within the first minute (maybe 2) that I encountered one of the most pleasant and competent Marriott employees that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in all of our many stays. Don't come to this awful hotel. They don't know how to work their hvac system photo shows 78° ehen set at 68°, communicate with their guests, meet basic guest requests, not even charging cords on both sides of bed, and the tap water tastes like a swamp (no water provided)...that's in less than 3 hours of being in room.
The gentleman who checked me in was the absolute sweetest. The place is clean n beds are nice. Only problem is, a major problem, something very important was accidentally left behind. I called right away...wound up calling 4 times and one time obviously a manager answered. One guy was very snotty. The manager said he'd go check himself and call me back. NEVER DID!
