We went there with family on wedding function. The hotel is really nice with big rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower water pressure for those that care. Most importantly it was connected to wedding venue location chase center convention center. So easy IN/ Out, The only issue with this kind big hotel is not having sufficient elevator, I seen this kind hotel normally have 3-4 elevator , we had to wait 5-10 min every time we need to in and out from room. The Westin just isn't what it used to be. Pillows were cheap and flimsy. The tv stopped working because it was raining per the front desk. Can you imagine you pay for multiple rooms to relax and every time it rains the TV freezes and then goes blank for hours. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. We had multiple rooms and the issues were unacceptable!
