Stayed at the The Westin Wilmington and had a really solid experience overall. First off, the bed was insanely comfortable. One of those where you actually look forward to getting back to the room at the end of the night. Shoutout to Sam at the bar. She was awesome, super friendly, and clearly working hard. Had my room robbed by an employee at this property. Police department had multiple police reports on file of theft at this hotel. Check other reviews with one star on trip advisor etc. They did nothing to fix the problem. They knew who went in the room and everything.
We hosted our wedding at the Chase Center & the majority of our guests opted to stay at the Westin. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for accommodating a large group of over 300 close to the venue. Our guests consistently shared glowing feedback about their stay.
