Beautiful clean hotel. Safe. Danielle made check in a breeze! Everyone is very friendly. Good food in the Restaurant—thanks, Alex and our young woman server this am. Also thank you to our housekeeping. Room was super clean.
The shuttle bus is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is convenient and close to skytrain station.
The work ethic and professionalism of Stephanie when dealing with my request early in the morning , taking extra steps to get everything done. All with a genuine smile
We stayed two nights here before our cruise in July. The hotel was clean, our room on the street side was good and the only problem were the noisy motorcycles in the evening. There are lot of restaurants within walking distance. A bonus for me was watching planes coming in for landing. The restaurant was neat and we both loved our breakfast Monday morning but it was not as good Tuesday morning. We had an issue with our car but Amy Kim helped us out tremdously. She really went out of her way to help us get things on track.
For an airport hotel do not expect they will accommodate airline cancellations.
