Do not stay here. Totally incompetent. They require you to valet park and then the valet loses the keys. They took absolutely no ownership and essentially did nothing to correct the situation. Valet supposedly gave the key to the wrong person. These people said they would call back to get it right, never called back. Escalated to the supervisor who said she would call back, she never called back. Escalated to the next person who literally only said they would knock some money off the room. No resolution. Expect more from Westin room was good but food service needs to consider upgrade. Open for breakfast at 7:30 and menu is about 6 items No choice other than that. Lunch meme is even less. Shuttle service is poor as it only starts at 4. No other help to get cab or uber. You’re on your own.
Perfect location for the wine train.
Nice hotel and location but in desperate need of an update. I believe they have one in the works.
