They have excellent room service. They have excellent food. The atmosphere there is very, very nice. You can get a meal because they have a little restaurant right in the area, a couple of restaurants in the area, so it's very, very, very nice. I really enjoy myself there.
We've stayed at this property many times and it's been our go-to, even at this price point. This trip changed that. Housekeeping didn't come until nearly 5:00 PM on our first day. On the second day, we asked them to return in 15 minutes after an initial visit around 10:00 AM, followed up multiple times throughout the day, and they never came back. Being ignored wasnt great.
