Planning to stay here this coming long wknd… but been reading so many “not so good things” about their stay…:( will write a review after our stay, maybe this Civic Holiday…
Well not sure who rates hotels but 3 star hotel at max. How Westin still has their name attached is embarrassing. Booked a queen room got a double. Outlets in bathroom and some in room don't work. Cobwebs, plastic bottle left behind wasn't picked up, no shower gel, don't touch the handheld shower head, all sticky and gross. Nothing in bathroom except a small bottle of body lotion. Room is great. Area is great. Tourist area for sure. Expensive. Service for checkin was not helpful nor was the extra wait for the room. Disappointed for sure. For the money spent felt service would be much higher. Parking is paid and that is unacceptable after the rate of the room.
