Terrible experience at this hotel, the hallway smells like toilet, you do not smell the nice white tea that you would usually smell at a Westin. We paid extra to have our room in front of the Golf, however, the front desk person gave us another room, and when we asked for it, the excuse was that it was not ready yet. Worst service you can get in a hotel, breakfast servers are overwhelmed 3 servers for the whole hotel guests, Front desk people are non welcoming, tried to give me a room facing the parking when I paid extra for the golf view ( which is a scam btw ). You get the famous white tea smell just in the lobby the corridors smell moldy and wet carpets. Really disappointed in Westin’s customer service. Typically my experience at Marriotts are fantastic! I was overcharged on a breakfast buffet ($24). However I had set up accommodations for $18 a person for breakfast. When I wrote my disappointment in their survey they sent me the attached email. I responded two days ago with the confirmation that our breakfast would be $18 per person and it was approved in the app. I never heard back after that. Sketchy business practices from this hotel.

We stayed there for the weekend with family. Unfortunately the hallways to the room smells very bad. Informed the reception on first night, they just sprayed freshener which lasted for few hours and the smell came back the next day. Room curtains also did not overlap properly leaving a lot of sunlight into the room. Could not have a good sleep on Sunday.

SLOW, SLOW Service! Won’t rate the food as we waited 30 minutes after ordering and another 30 minutes from the first order to arrive to the last so everyone else’s food went cold. One of our party actually went and got water pitcher 3 times to pour water for everyone while we waited. Now it’s been 45 minutes waiting on check!
