They’re deleting my reviews, so here we go again. This was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has ever had We booked this hotel for my brother’s wedding, with multiple families staying here, trusting we were choosing a reliable, high-quality location. Instead it turned into a stressful, exhausting, and genuinely unsafe experience The rooms were in terrible condition things were broken, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. Got issues with the toilet / apparently they knew .....was getting late for them to fix it and we finally told them to give us another room / very disappointed 😞
I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel last weekend with my wife and daughter, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The front office supervisor, Dana Scott was exceptionally professional and friendly--truly five-star service. I'll be returning to Dallas soon and will definitely stay at the Westin Stonebriar again. If you're looking for exceptional hospitality service, this is the place to stay.
