Horrible experience here. I had prepaid for the room. When i went to the desk they said they were running my card for incidentals. This was not true, they charged me for the room twice. I tried many times to contact their billing department or a manager or anyone- NO ANSWER. I emailed them- NO REPLY. Total scam and i will never stay at a Westin hotel again which is a shame because the rooms are very nice but no one like to get scammed. **UPDATE** i finally got a refund only to be charged AGAIN 3 days later. Stayed here for one night in August 2025. The property is well managed and maintained. I did not have any issues with the room, decor, amenities, service or the reservation. I did also dine at the bar and had a drink. I food was good, the service was just right. The check-in process was cordial and quick. Given this is a golf course hotel, I am sure the other amenities are very nice and well managed but I did not take advantage of it. My room was clean and well put together. It was Westin charming. This hotel is the best hotel in DFW. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are top notch. You can either get a pool view or a beautiful golf course view. The resort pool is fantastic and the service by the pool for food or drinks is great. On the weekends there is also entertainment which always makes the stay extra enjoyable. We always pick the Westin Stonebriar every time we are in the area.
