This hotel is the best hotel in DFW. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are top notch. You can either get a pool view or a beautiful golf course view. The resort pool is fantastic and the service by the pool for food or drinks is great. On the weekends there is also entertainment which always makes the stay extra enjoyable. We always pick the Westin Stonebriar every time we are in the area.
Resort fees should be illegal and took forever to check in. I've a half hour in line is not acceptable. The service was good but just too many customers and not enough front desk. Rooms were great. Resort fees should've be allowed anywhere, just include them in the room price. Hate being nickel and dimed.
Let me first say that from the check-in you could definitely tell that this would be a great experience. Marcus was amazing, friendly, smiling, and had so much enthusiasm. He made our experience fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that we all were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and smelled great. The breakfast the next morning was also great at Herd -n- Hearth. You’ll enjoy the experience
