Room was clean and well appointed. Service was inconsistent. The best service was transportation (shuttle drivers and valet parking).

Staying on the 8th floor at 8000’ and we are taking the stairs because there is one operational elevator with a 15 min wait. One of the people working for valet said the other elevator has been out for 1.5 weeks.

If you or anyone in your family has asthma or allergies, I would stay far far away from this hotel. They care more about dogs than humans. Even in areas that are designated “no dogs”, you will find them at every other table. Definitely not enforced. On the plus side, the ski valet & car valet services are outstanding!!!! Cannot say enough good about them. On quiet nights we were able to go the bar & they were great as well!! However, breathing is a huge thing for us, so will never stay here again.
