Beautiful resort. Great facilities. We loved the Chef's secret window for breakfast and snacks
Very run down, low quality service., average food, not close to anything...have to drive to any food off the property. At check in, young lady didn't smile. Didn't seem like she cared to be there. Saw this type of attitude often. This only comes when management doesn't care... starts at the top. Too many other resorts in the area that are better. Go elsewhere.

Terrible experience at Pinzimi restaurant due to our waitress, Ana. Despite having Platinum Elite breakfast vouchers, she was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we didn’t deserve to be there simply because we requested vegan alternatives. Even after the manager clearly instructed her to accommodate us, her attitude didn’t change. She took forever to attend to us despite an empty restaurant, brought incomplete orders, and was clearly unwilling to serve anything outside the default voucher item.
