We actually stayed at the time share side. It was nice and the staff was great. It was in a good spot for us. We were by the quiet pool and over looking the golf course. It was very nice.
⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The property itself is beautiful, and the lobby and entrance make a great first impression. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We also had a great experience with the gentleman who helped us with dinner—he was very kind and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, there were several issues throughout our stay that made it unlikely we'd return. We were placed near what was described as the family pool, but it wasn't very toddler-friendly. I just wanna say that this has been the cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been too. Thank you to Lourdes the cleaning lady she does an amazing job and Mike the Shuttle guy, Amazing and nicest Man I’ve ever met! This is the place I will be coming back too for a longer stay. Thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable and worth it!
