We are currently staying at this disaster of a hotel. Trying to book a room somewhere else but the ritz, grand Hyatt and JW are all completely booked. We are on our third room because they smell like mold and are not thoroughly cleaned. The pool was absolutely disgusting and cloudy today and completely over packed. The game room had left over food and cocktail glasses all over the games so my kids could barely even play the games. Just so bad, do NOT stay here. rooms too far apart
A water slide really you know what that is going to attract. And I'm not even going to talk about the water what it look like. Oh the golf course was closed
Overall, the service was impeccable. We stay during Thanksgiving 2025. Malyiah and the day time manager along with the shuttle cart drivers were fantastic. The only thing that kept me from giving a full 5 stars was the one front desk person who should have taken a break from facing the public rather than having him deal with the busy crowd. It’s better to have a longer line than to have him sour the experience for guests who have traveled to be at the resort.
