Our first time staying here. As a Bonvoy member my profile asks for an upper level room. We stayed in 317, obviously not upper and very dark. The light comes from a shaft, no view. On the plus side, everyone we interacted with were very professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Next time we will look for a different hotel downtown.
Loved the comfortable mattress and linens.
Room included a microwave and fridge.
