Fantastic stay at the Marriott Perth, and we were very well looked after for my partners birthday celebration. Beautiful room with lots of modern features. Pool area was lovely, just not enough sun loungers and a beer and a Pepsi took over an hour to be received once ordered.

Not what I expect from a Westin. Bathroom floor was filthy and carpet in room was dirty and stained. Although there was a cafe in the lobby, there was never anyone staffing it even for the few hours it was open. I tried several times to get a coffee and was told to go to the restaurant. Instead I went across the street to Orah cafe where the coffee was much better and not overpriced. Although the room is beautiful and spacious, the bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable- not a heavenyly bed.

This is what hotels should be - clean, quiet, great amenities, polite friendly helpful staff, great design, excellent functionality and flow planning. I have not stayed in a Marriott hotel for a long time, but after this I will be looking for Marriott hotels first when I travel!

I booked through bookings.com and there is a photo of sauna. I choose to book this hotel and not another one just because of sauna. But there is no sauna. The hotel should delete the photo of the sauna so that there is no misunderstanding.
