Booked a stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday and emailed the hotel to arrange birthday amenity. Staff replied that they will follow up but did not do so. Emailed on the day itself at 4pm to remind them but nothing was arranged. Called up the hotel again after reaching the room at 8 plus pm but staff still did not prepare anything. Also did not call back to update on this.
