The hotel and location was amazing! The bathroom however was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. I had already unpacked all my stuff by time I noticed it so I just cleaned it up myself. I didn't want to be difficult. However maybe I should have as I booked the room for 2 nights but ended up leaving a day early, approximately 1 hour after check out time and asked if I could be given a prorated refund as I already prepaid for 2 nights. This spot is a must-stay for every Pasadena visit! You can snag amazing deals online, and the staff and rooms are absolutely top-notch. I'd highly recommend it to all my friends and family!
Extremely noisy rooms. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear traffic and neighbors all night. Couldn't sleep at all
Overpriced for what they offer. Plus, they hit me with unexpected parking and extra fees at checkout.
