I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Pasadena, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. I am a member of their rewards program and stay at The Westin Pasadena approximately every 3 months. I didn't make a reservation & arrived at 1:30 am. I usually paid $209 for the type of room I frequently stay in. The employee said they have a room & asked for my credit card. Without telling me, he was going to charge my card for $435 + tax... The staff could not do enough from the bar to the restaurant to the front desk and the location is absolutely perfect!!!!!!special mention to Reginald who was our saving grace the day my tour group and I departed..He was10 stars..and the restaurant staff were also 10 stars!! Nothing was too much to ask!
