Got walked, and told to go to Burbank Courtyard. Uber quotes a $100 ride on Friday night. Westin says "not responsible" really scary for a single female traveling alone. Plus, selected the Westin, a 10 minute bus ride from the Rose Bowl. Told public transit from Courtyard, yeah right - now a 2.5 hour bus route that includes 3 connections and 4 buses. Standard "customer service" from Marriott?
Hotel overbooked. Prepaid 900 dollars for a 2 night stay. We booked this stay 3 months advance. When I tried to check in, they at first tried to gas light me and tell me I was booked for the wrong day. Which I then had to pull up the reservation and then they said it didn’t show a confirmation number. Then I showed them the confirmation number. Then they said I only booked one night. We stayed 3 nights. They didn’t make up room because they have no enough people to do it. Probably the the worst Westin hotel in the world. Won’t come back!
