Front desk staff gave contradictory information and made what should have been a simple extension unnecessarily frustrating. I was initially told it was impossible to stay another night because the hotel was “sold out,” and even after showing that the same room type was clearly available online, I was still told no. Booked a last minute stay here (yes the place with the lead image of their pool), the weather was warm and my young kids wanted to swim. Immediately after booking I received a message saying their pool was closed, so I reached out to cancel. They denied my cancellation and I’m honestly shocked by the poor hospitality and customer service.
