Historical hotel.
Amazing property. Really clean and well kept. Great service. Valet was quick and attentive. They sell Pocari Sweat and Oi-Ocha green tea which was a huge plus lol. Hope I’ll be able to stay again soon and visit the pool once repairs are completed. Thank you for an awesome stay Westin Pasadena!
Beautiful place love staying here, unfortunately today had a housekeeper pounding at the door at 840am when check out is noon. Called the front desk to complain and they are oblivious. They dont offer parking, feels like this place is now ran bu children. Unfortunate for such a beautiful location.
First time staying at this Westin and it wasn’t as exciting. First of all, the public parking in the garage has 80% compact spots, with another 15% reserved spots with the remaining 5% always full. Room maintenance is not up to par for even Fairfield Inn. The light by the headboard is broken, the shower curtain covers only half the tub and the floor would flood every time after I took a shower.
