Very nice hotel, you can tell it’s very well run. Our room was clean, our valet service was fast and everyone working there acknowledges you. It’s right by the ballpark and many other downtown spots. The sole blemish, and it’s a big one for me personally is the live music being played in the lobby until midnight or so. I do love live music , but not in a hotel Lobby while trying to sleep. Aside from that, it’s a great stay.
Problem after problem. Messed up my reservations. Smells like a sewer in the lobby. And they have concerts and you can hear everything from the room. I was placed in a room with a window to the lobby, so I heard the singing, people’s conversations, screaming, everything. Totally fine to have entertainment but the hotel should have had the decency to notify guests before they book. Music was so loud I couldn’t go to sleep. Longest day of work, I’m exhausted and just want to rest. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep.
The rooms/hotel has been renovated and upgraded. If you see photos of green marble countertops and dated leather furniture those are old pictures. The decor is modern yet inviting, very clean, beds are comfortable. The service was great. Everyone was polite, professional and attentive. We will definitely stay there again.
