We have stayed here twice and have our third reservation made. We live a few hours from the airport so it’s always nice to just book a room and be able to get up and get everything squared away for our flight. It’s an easy, smooth online check-in. The valet parking process is super easy even able to park our cars while we were gone, which our two previous trips were big trips went to Europe and went to Hawaii, so it was nice to be able to use the valet service for two weeks at a time and super convenient when you come home e... read more
Felt slightly profiled by a man at the front desk at 11:30pm who told me to step out of the elite line
Typically have great rooms here but this time was less than. Housekeeping definitely skipped out on our room before we checked in either totally or just did a crap job! There was someone's McDonald's bag shoved under a desk, body wash was completely empty, phone was all grimy and the toilet wasn't even clean. It had dried up urine still on it... Made me question if my sheets were even changed out so really made us feel uneasy all night! The only upside to this stay was we seen Jimmy Hart!
I booked my room on the wrong day (as I have been known to do) and thankfully Marina, the manager and Geta, the lovely young lady at the front desk, helped get everything organized. I appreciate these fantastic ladies for saving me in a pinch.
