Best airport hotels I've stayed at. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Just wish there were elevators on the other side.
This hotel seems to rely too much on its convenient location directly connected to the airport. The quality of its facilities and service did not match the price. I had two unpleasant experiences and, honestly, would not choose to stay here again. 1. The handheld showerhead was convenient, but even when I adjusted the lever to direct the water to the showerhead, a large amount of water continued to flow from the lower faucet. This is the only hotel in the Evans Terminal. Although this is a Westin brand, the hotel lacks many of the features Westin offers, such a lounge, or suites for upgrade. The rooms are old but some have wonderful view of the planes. Regardless, a decent place to rest before an early flight.
Absolutely no flexibility in the case of a cancelled/delayed flight, even when a flexible booking option was selected. Full cost will be incurred in this case. Please be aware. EDIT: coming back to say that I tried reaching out to customer support about my issues and I had a bad enough experience that I am done with Marriott. This is coming from a loyalist since I was a child bc of the kind employees I met growing up since my dad spent most of my childhood staying in Marriotts.
I would like to give a special thank you to Andy at the front desk for being so incredibly helpful and understanding. After dealing with an exhausting, extremely long flight cancellation and travel nightmare, we finally arrived at the hotel completely exhausted and stressed.
