We stayed at this hotel we had two rooms. The service from the moment we got there till the moment we left the next morning was wonderful. Then the morning we left out of the airport we realized we left some items in our room. I called At 6 o’clock the same morning we checked out the very morning we checked out When we realized we left some things in the room. Can’t beat the convenience of landing in the terminal and going straight into the luxe sheets and bed at the Westin. Inversely, when you’re running to catch a flight out of DTW it does feel amazing to skip tsa and wake up smack dab in the center of the Macnamara terminal. The hotel itself has a stunning atrium and green house decor, which I LOVE. Also the restaurant has phenomenal kimchi. Wonderful 5 star property overall.

Always kind, helpful employees. Comfortable rooms. And VERY convenient when flying in/out of the McNamara terminal.
