Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Marriott property, no less a Westin! We arrived after a red eye and the woman at the front desk with a shaved head and neck tattoos was rude and annoyed that we made her leave the back office to check us in. She treated us like garbage and refused to honor my Platinum status. Management needs to make a change in staff. The room was decent, and quiet. I stayed here Sunday night and Yolanda at the front desk was the absolute most miserable person I have ever encountered when checking into a Marriott property in over 30 years. I have 1200 lifetime nights / Lifetime platinum member. I walked up to his front desk and no welcome. How are you? No Thank you for your loyalty.
