Expensive but 60 second walk from the terminal. Flight got cancelled and it was an oasis
Terrible check in process. Long line, limited staff helping. Staff disappear from their terminal with 15 people in line. No urgency and no check in process for high level Bonvoy customers either. Great location and nice hotel but seems poorly run.
Just awful. So worn out. How can such a great location be so run down. It’s like a nice motel 6 inside room. The halls and corridors are poorly labeled. It’s just a real disappointment for what it could and should be.
I had a great experience here! Had no issues at check-in. The room was very comfortable. I ordered the margherita pizza through room service; the service and food both got high marks. Despite being at an airport, the room was quiet. Convenient for anyone with an early flight out of DIA.
I took a zoom call in the lounge before my flight. Comfy seats. Lots of natural sunlight.
