Short walk and pleasant walk from my gate to front lobby
The rooms were clean and neat. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in my experience.
Their shuttle from the airport is unreliable. I waited (as instructed at gate 512) for 50+ minutes and it did not show up. When it finally showed up it did not stop despite me shouting really loud. Every other driver heard me, except the one driving the shuttle to the Westgate Hotel. When I called their customer support, the agent could not reach the hotel for 10 minutes and then gave up. J'ai réservé 1 pass journée pour la salle de sport et la piscine. On vous donne juste 1 badge et on vous dit c'est au 11ème. Vous vous trimballez votre lourde valise et vos sacs. Pas de locker room pour valises, pas de vestiaires pour au moins se changer. On nous dit accès wifi mais il faut un numéro de chambre pour se connecter, on vous dit que vous pouvez commander de la nourriture, mais il y a juste un distributeur de boissons vitamines qui marche en cb. Pour 35e le compte n'y est pas.
