Overpriced for sure, but what I needed at the time. But the next morning when I needed help finding the valet area to meet my Uber, there was no help to be found! The woman at the front desk pointed left and said "go down that way and down the stairs". Didn't notice my suitcase that I then dragged down the stairs. Also didn't mention the NEXT TWO STEPS to the directions - go down the elevator, and turn left. That would have been very helpful! Extremely convenient location making airport accessibility so easy & hotel room was very clean. 4 Stars because the night we checked in there was some sort of contained fire on the first floor which disabled all the elevators & other technology-driven operations. Power was not restored for hours which led to frustration & guest inconvenience. However I would like to give a shout out to Adrion Rivera (Ass. Obviously the price is about the location. I’m staying here tonight and am totally disappointed. Some disgusting filth in the room. The bed skirt and carpet below it are dirty where someone obviously spilled something, or who knows what! See pics. For nearly $600 a night for a single room, there are no premium channels on the TV. It is $150 night room at best if they were clean. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Rooms are nice and bed is as expected. Restaurant options not very good, leaving you with airport food or obtaining transportation. If you are staying to catch a flight, the place is perfect. Otherwise, super expensive to park and other options are too. Couldn't find dood delivery options. Might better stay nearby where there's parking next time around.
I really hope I just stayed there on a bad night. The room was comfortable and spacious. My issue was that the elevator was broken when I got there so I had to carry my luggage a good ways up the stairs. A few hours later, I was hungry so I went down to the restaurant for dinner. They told me the elevator would be fixed within 15 minutes, but it still wasn’t. I got back up to the room with my food and the fire alarm went off.
