Great team in concierge Sheraton downtown Dallas Marcus Gilmore (gilroy?) in concierge with the great package in our hotel for her birthday! Pays to be marriott gold and have a suite! Baggage bellhops and concierge breakfast team was great!
No Sleep at spring hill suites marriott I have been here for a week and have 5 more days to go and they keep putting people above me that are loud and fricken noisy! If you are looking for rest and relaxation this is not the hotel for you. While I'm writing this kids a running around as loud as can be. I travel all over and this has been one of the worst stays in a hotel and I'm bummed.
Friendly, Honest and professional- The only honest auto care place there is!!!! I cannot express in words how thankful i am to Greg and his staff for their excellent service. If i could put 10 stars instead of 5 i would, right when you walk in they welcome you with a smile and ready to help you plus, its super clean, and neat . Exellent, freindly service Spotless garage. Always honest and professional, clearly explain any services they suggest, no hidden costs, and they let you decide without any pressure. Rather than some other service centers giving you a "doomsday" high pressure...
No desire to help.... My son ran his Honda out of oil and I was told he needed a new motor. I called and spoke with Kevin in the parts department. I explained to him what happened and that I was clueless. I gave him the number I had off of the motor, looking to purchase a new one. He told me that the number I gave "meant nothing to him". I told him it was the number on the the motor. He refered to it as a part number and said he couldnt help me off of a part number. Very Good Hotel For The Price I went to Orlando for a wedding and the hotel I was supposed to start was full. I reluctantly made reservation for the Sabal Hotel. I was not sure what to expect. Horrible Experience! $180 in damages. Horrible experience! $180 in damages to my car and they still charged me for the oil change. That $5 coupon is not worth it! Synopsis: The technicians were actually very professional and honest, accidentally broke a valve stem off and informed me right away.
