Great Hotel BUT... – It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Watch the Valet Staff – The valet brought my brand new Escalade back to me damaged. No one seemed to really care and told me to call their toll free number to have it repaired. 10 days later I am still calling trying to get something done. Not only does the hotel show a lack of maintenance, but it's customer service is lacking too.
Definitely not worth the price! – My husband and I stayed here a year ago, and were pretty impressed with the hotel. However, upon returning this past weekend, we were very disappointed & will not stay again. For the price, there are many other places to stay. The rooms have been redecorated in a drab beige color with no decor at all. The hallways were also a lifeless beige with no artwork or color. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY HERE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO FAR TO ENJOY MANY OF THE TOWN AMENITIES. THE VIEW IS NICE AND STAFF SEEMS FRIENDLY. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN
Heavenly! – As usual, Westin really stands out as a top notch hotel, without being insanely expensive! Great Place!
