Rooms are spacious and modern and really are not all that special for the price until you sit down on the bed. The famous pillow top beds might make it extremely hard to wake up in the morning. Lovely 5 night stay. I slept so well. Room was large and clean. It is a great location.
Right on the river and in the heart of downtown!
Excellent central location on the river, ideal for sightseeing. My room had a view over the river and the Riverwalk which was lively and although it was sometimes loud in the evening, it all stops before 11pm. 'L' only 3 blocks away for O'Hare airport and all other lines. The 320 Riverbar terrace is a relaxing way to round of a summer evening.
Chicago is like our second home and we come visit every two months. Jill checked us in and she was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and I had asked the hotel prior so they could accommodate our request. We waited for around 30mins and were able to get into the room. When we entered the room they were upgrading new phones in the room and I spoke to the director of the engineering and he was very nice and friendly to me and my husband.
