We just checked out of this hotel and I think this will be our go to spot for our annual vacation. The hotel is well kept and the staff is amazing. The resort pool was always clean and we had a blast each day. Special shout out to Lucas, Eduardo, and the front desk staff, who were all very helpful ! Thank you Westin Cape Coral

Sorry I can’t leave a review about the actual property or amenities. I booked a king room with balcony for my son and his new wife on their wedding night through Hotels.com They were not able to get to the hotel until about 10pm. They were denied check in because they were both 20 years old. They had no issue keeping the money I paid for the room. I contacted Hotels.com, they said they were unable to resolve it with management. I wish my (active military) newly married son got to the hotel earlier so I could have checked him... read more
