We had a great stay at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village after our original accommodation fell through. From the first call, Guest Experience Expert Anne Marie Meszaros was outstanding. She listened, understood our constraints, and found us a lovely room that fit our budget without compromising comfort. That kind of problem solving and follow-through is rare, and it set the tone for the rest of our visit. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows fluffy. Balcony view of the marina was lovely.
Really nice rooms with great views. The pool is pretty small and not a lot of chairs available unless you get there early. The pool bar closes at 5 but the drinks are more affordable around $13 a drink versus other places that are $20 a drink. Everyone has been nice so far. Would stay again
