Everything was wonderful! From the check in to the staff at the restaurant to the rooms and everything in between! Everyone was so helpful and kind! If you eat at the restaurant inside the hotel, ask for Amelia! She was phenomenal!! 10/10 would recommend!
Omar is the absolute best! My trip was a bit screwed up but he got everything figured out for me. He definitely did not have to do the things he did. Frank is in security, a sweetheart he was very kind helping me unload my car. The two ladies at the front desk, I didn’t get their names but they were a pleasure as well. #westincapecoral I will always come back!!

The hotel is a former condo building turned hotel. It’s located inside a private residence complex. The hotel has really thin walls and uncomfortable beds. The $40 resorts fee includes a sunset dolphin cruise, which was the highlight of our stay.
Went to get a coffee this morning at 730 and the lady at the counter asked what my status was. I told her I didn't know what she was talking about I just want 2 coffees to take back to my room. Im staying here with my friend who is 78 and a vietnam war vet so he didn't feel like going with me. She asked my room number and said she would bill the room. I had to tell her my room number 4 times because she couldn't seem to keep it in her head for the 1 min interaction. Then about 30 min later I went back down to get 2 more cups... read more
