Small meeting of 16. Meeting space, food and AV were excellent! Feedback from the team was that the meeting was flawless and best one yet. Nicole S and Allie M made the arrangements for everything seem easy. With flight delays and cancellations, the staff was professional and accommodating. Sorry I can’t leave a review about the actual property or amenities. I booked a king room with balcony for my son and his new wife on their wedding night through Hotels.com They were not able to get to the hotel until about 10pm. They were denied check in because they were both 20 years old. They had no issue keeping the money I paid for the room. I contacted Hotels.com, they said they were unable to resolve it with management. I wish my (active military) newly married son got to the hotel earlier so I could have checked him... read more
We enjoyed our spur of the moment decision to stay here. The one BR suite was nice but we had issues each day with the water not being very hot (sinks and showers). The exterior breezeway entrance surprised us, and it can be loud when other people walk by. The pool was heated to 82 degrees. We enjoyed the daily yoga on the lawn and ate breakfast here each morning. There are several restaurants along the marina, but not other choices for breakfast.
