Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly doorman with cold water in hand. Heading to the front desk to see Michelle was the highlight of the Westin. She was so incredibly accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean, the beds and linens were perfect. The pool area was the best I've experienced. I cant recommend this hotel enough.
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and the beds are very comfy. The reason I gave a 3 star is because when I book a hotel with amenities I expect to be able to use those amenities during my stay. On one of my days here the pool waa closed from 9:30 AM - 4 PM for a private party. These types of bookings impact guests who came here to use those amenities. Additionally, the pool was continously left messy with pizza boxes, drinks and towels thrown all over the place.
A very nice property, the sauna and pool are really incredible. The team are all very lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Max at the front desk for the warm welcome.
