The Westin Calgary is old and in serious need of renovations. I think they are clever with their touchup and photos for marketing so I will post my photos for you to judge. There are stains everywhere and the balcony is falling apart. The only value the balcony has is for smoking because my room had the smell of cigarette smoke. The remote and hair dryer looks like they were from 1980s which was probably the age of the carpets as well. The ice machine looked like it was covered in mold. Fantastic stay at The Westin Calgary! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final here made the experience even more memorable—the atmosphere was incredible. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
