Our stay at the Westin Buffalo was truly enjoyable. The service throughout was excellent — every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. The highlight of the hotel, without a doubt, is its gym. It’s easily the best fitness facility I’ve ever seen in any hotel — spacious, spotless, and equipped with top-quality machines and amenities that make working out a pleasure. The front desk took great care of us. When we arrived, our room was not available so they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite. Our mother stayed in the suite all day and rested. It was the size of a large apartment. Service was outstanding. Location was fantastic. We'll definitely be back.
I stayed here as part of my travel routine, and unfortunately had a medical event due to the air conditioning not working during the night. There was no way for me to know that it WASN'T turning on because the interface made it seem like I had set the temperature correctly. But I woke up in the middle of the night, and again in the morning, suffering a heat-related medical event.
