Perfect location especially if you are going to stay over night and also go to a show at the arena beforehand. Great parking and can be included in the reservation which is nice. very nice place.
Horrible customer service that does not care for the elderly that are disabled! We knew from the start that we were gonna have issues from this hotel. Valet took 30 minutes to show up, left us waiting. But that’s nothing to what else happened. We called multiple times in the weeks leading up to our trip to confirm that we had connecting handicapped rooms. We get to the hotel, they didn’t have the rooms ready so they put us in 2 separate rooms. Claimed they would have it resolved by the next morning (staying 3 nights). Stoppe... read more
This is a year old Westin. It was fantastic. Service was top notch! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with large fresh portions! Thanks for a great stay.
