Hotel is beautifully designed but staff are mediocre. Especially disappointed with front desk team. There was a front desk manager who was rude and condescending to all guests. An older foreign guest was asking for help with parking and the front desk manager pretended he did not understand what the guest was asking and proceeded to badger the guest. I’m shocked that a hotel of this level would have an unprofessional manager who behaves like that. I should’ve taken a video of the conversation.

If you stay here bring something to cover your eyes and avoid staying on 8th floor. There is too much light in the room. There is a motion detection light under the bed that goes off everytime I roll over and it can not be disabled (I called front desk and asked). There is a bar on the 9th floor that closes at 11 and I am staying on the 8th floor.
