My husband and I ordered our daughter boots for family pictures on august 21 and said it would be 10-14 days. It’s now October 7 and we still haven’t received them. I went up there more then 5 times over the last month to ask the status and they said they’re on the way, covid is slowing things down. Which I understand. Horrible! My son returned some boots I bought him for Christmas because they were the wrong size. They didn’t have even one pair in stock of his size, so he gave them more money and ordered a hat. It’s now June and every excuse in the book later... still no hat. They FINALLY said they would refund his money when he got upset. They told him to come back in two days and they would have his money. (?) His now 6th trip, they said they would have to return to his card. I will drive all the way to Weatherford to go see Brian and Crystal instead of going 30 min to OKC to a big chain. I grew up 15 miles north of Weatherford and was so happy when they reopened the store!!
