Was crying on the floor in distress one nurse just threw her hands up in annoyance. nobody gives a shit, the nurses never talk to you, help you calm down, everyone in there just wants someone to listen to, I was just told to get off the floor, It appears my suffering was inconvenient. I call the number listed on the website, it rings once then says goodbye. What's the point in having a number then....
My experiences comes from them refusing to provide treatment for my friend who is struggling severely and really needed their help. They use their ‘services’ to discretionally pick and choose who they will and won’t help. If you need help seek private help. You cannot trust this pathetic organisation.
