Was crying on the floor in distress one nurse just threw her hands up in annoyance. nobody gives a shit, the nurses never talk to you, help you calm down, everyone in there just wants someone to listen to, I was just told to get off the floor, It appears my suffering was inconvenient. My experiences comes from them refusing to provide treatment for my friend who is struggling severely and really needed their help. They use their ‘services’ to discretionally pick and choose who they will and won’t help. If you need help seek private help. You cannot trust this pathetic organisation.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. However I am so lucky to have private health insurance. The mental health system has a lot of problems and can't provide for people's needs. This place is understaffed and underfunded. The staff do their absolute best but with the mix of patients varying to unwell to extremely unwell, it's easy to fall through the cracks if your illness is not as obvious as others.
