never able to book an apointment not good docters they always want you to rush and if you have the same issue each docter will say something different i had a keloid and the docter said it was a infection and perscribed antibiotics then saw a better docter and then he said I didnt need to cause it is a keloid very Unprofeshonal i go to another clinic now
Receptionist always full of attitude. If you hate your job go work somewhere else.
The wait times are very very bad… you book an appointment at 10 and you are called in at 11:30 or 12. Always running behind. Please fix your schedules. It’s very annoying when people want a doc to see them and in that sick condition they can’t wait that long.

Over the last couple of years we've had to overcome a few unknown obstacles with Mental Health,Dr.Papps had always listened genuinely &has been a strong support for my son!!A GREAT Dr.Thanks Again.As for the clinic,Admin has always done their Best to accommodate.
I have unprofessional experience at reception twice when i had appointment for my daughter’s immunisation and second when i asked them to provide me Carer certificate from the Doctor . She was rude and unhelpful . I understand that medical centre can be busy, but a basic level of courtesy and unprofessionalism goes a long way in helping patients feel comfortable . This experience made me feel unwelcome, anxious , disrespected which is not what one should expect from a health care setting. Every patient deserves respect.
