Honestly Kim is one of my favourites and always treats me incredibly well. I’ve been coming to the clinic for over a decade now and never had an issue with any of the women at reception. Tbh some of these reviews leave me scratching my head, as it’s the opposite to my experience. Unfortunately with our healthcare system, there’s a wait. I don’t think that’s a reason to give 1 star. I've just been reading some of the really negative reviews of this practice, particularly of the people on reception. I have been going to this practice for over 20 years, and have always found them helpful and kind. They are very busy though, with people on the phone waiting etc. I know when people are very unwell, it's hard to see what's going on behind the counter.
Visitig from country Vic. Needed to see dr. Regional centers have no drs or wait time of weeks. So i prepared my list of ailments. Got to tackle one on the list and was told make an appointment for each of the rest. Rushed out the door. Really??? Profit before patients????
