Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Unreliable This gym has some of the worst management I’ve ever encountered. The hours are a joke—it’s advertised to open at 5 AM, but the staff shows up late consistently, making early workouts impossible. They also don’t honor their own pricing. I brought my sister in for a visit, expecting to pay $10 (which is their listed guest fee), only for them to suddenly demand $25. Horrible PR. I am entitled to a full gym membership through my health insurance, but they will not let me take classes. Shame on them.

I am entitled to a free gym membership here through my health insurance, but the gym will not allow me to take classes , only use the equipment. That is against the rules of my membership. Shame on this gym I will never return.

All the other gyms in Westchester that are included in my silver sneakers membership allow me to take classes as well as use the gym. Shame on this place. !

I’m an old time of The Westchester Gym . I was a member of the previous gym. Balance Heath and Sports gym was the name back in the day . I’ve been here 2016 and will continue my journey to success. Recently the class schedules have been completely wrong on line. They want you to sign up for classes, yet the schedule for times is wrong! They are cancelling classes because of attendance. Members have addressed this issue multiple times and things are not being fixed. I love the people but this is getting very frustrating.

Nothing wrong with the gym in general, but several of the people who work and use the gym are incredibly uncomfortable when it comes to younger girls. The employees asked for my number and even found my name in the system to contact me privately. This is not okey. After using this gym almost every day for 2 months I switched, because it felt more like the guys dating place then a gym.
