RecommendedI start going one month ago and loose 10 pounds I recomend this Westchester diet plan
I've been with this plan for 8 weeks n so far lost 20lbs. I couldn't b happier! I dont feel deprived when it comes to food or feel I cant go out to eat with hubby or friends. I've been on other plans and haven't gotten these results and I always still felt hungry!!! This plan let's you b in control with all the options. This definitely isn't a fad diet it's a life change u can do! I had my doubts cause I haven't had success with other plans but as u can see 20lbs is great success and I'm not done yet!
