RecommendedI came to Westchester diet plan a few years ago did very well then I had my son. So I came back on Tuesday. I brought my cousin with me today here so she can join. I stepped on the scale not even a week and I am down 7 pounds!!!!! I am feeling so excited 😆 especially now with my cuz doing it with me.
Love the program lost 56 lbs thus far
