I am an out of town investor based in Los Angeles, and I trusted Lisa and PMZ Real Estate The West Experience to handle the sale of my fully rehabbed property in Modesto. Kris Losole and the West Experience Real Estate Group have been the absolute best! Kris immediately got to work and helped us find our perfect home! They were so helpful with explaining everything in detail (as someone who’s never bought a home) and it made the process so easy with no added stress. My realtor, Kris LoSole, was great to work with! He walked me through each step, explaining the process as I listed my property and transferred to another state. He continued to handle things on site, and I felt so comfortable knowing he would keep tabs on things, until closing finalized! We recently closed on a house with Sung. As a First time home buyer we can’t ask for more from Sung, he was very patient with us explaining the whole process of home buying, the current house market and what are the things to look for in a house that won’t cost us thousand of dollars after buying it. He really works for the best interest of his client unlike the previous agents we had which looks out for their profit. I would highly recommend sung to any homebuyer or seller that I know!
