Really unfortunate as I’m looking forward to living here. They have a form to move in a day early and waive the cleaning/maintenance, but won’t let you actually sign it to “be fair to the other residents.” I will be out of the country for the first ten days of my lease, and will have to move into a storage locker when even just 3 hours early move-in would be sufficient to bypass the entire issue. Really, very disappointed and don’t feel like they tried to help at all.
Staff is amazing and very responsive.
