As a current resident, I will reiterate what someone else said. Steve Brown will do anything and everything to get you to pay more. I am currently paying $50/month for underground parking even though there’s a flyer printing a discounted rate from $30 to $15/month (4x the discounted rate!!) which was conveniently promoted after I signed my lease. Really unfortunate as I’m looking forward to living here. They have a form to move in a day early and waive the cleaning/maintenance, but won’t let you actually sign it to “be fair to the other residents.” I will be out of the country for the first ten days of my lease, and will have to move into a storage locker when even just 3 hours early move-in would be sufficient to bypass the entire issue.
