Resident for 8 years and I think I got the final straw. Every year we have a power outage problem, ever month a water leakage problem, every other winter a water heater problem, ever summer an ac issue, and everything is just kind of run down it seems. As a current resident, I will reiterate what someone else said. Steve Brown will do anything and everything to get you to pay more. I am currently paying $50/month for underground parking even though there’s a flyer printing a discounted rate from $30 to $15/month (4x the discounted rate!!) which was conveniently promoted after I signed my lease. I’ve reached out several times and had to follow up after zero response. And they say there’s nothing they can do about it. Idk if I should be surprised about the greed lol. Also it... read more

Really unfortunate as I’m looking forward to living here. They have a form to move in a day early and waive the cleaning/maintenance, but won’t let you actually sign it to “be fair to the other residents.” I will be out of the country for the first ten days of my lease, and will have to move into a storage locker when even just 3 hours early move-in would be sufficient to bypass the entire issue.
