Referred by my primary care Dr. Waited an hour past my appointment time. Lady at the desk acted like it was no big deal and couldn't understand why I wanted my co pay refunded. I am done letting Dr offices waste my time.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Dr.Robert Johnson was extremely rude to my mother today. I understand when someone's weight is affecting their health something needs to be said and done, but there's ways to talked to people and the way he spoke to her was not it! Honestly sad.... I was hoping for better.

I was referred by my primary care doctor because of an abnormality discovered on a CT scan. I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen, then spent a total of 5 minutes with the doctor. He asked a few questions and said he needed to read the CT scan and would call me back the next day. I expected the doctor to have reviewed it before seeing me. It's been 2 days and I still have not received a call. I feel like I wasted 2.5 hours of my life, and a co-pay for nothing. I do not expect to hear back from them and based o... read more
