I honestly feel this place changed my life and made me feel 10 years younger, I’ve been active in gym my whole life and I started to have some serious stomach/bloating problems and could never figure out the issue. Adams diagnosis and instructions on how to fix these problems gave me all my confidence back and made training so much more enjoyable again.
