This company is absolutely ridiculous they charged me 200$ for a “late fee” for attempting to reschedule my appointment. I made it clear that I did not authorize this transaction they went ahead and charged me anyway. In addition, I was charged hundreds of dollars for a “comprehensive blood panel” which is just a basic CBC , CMP, iron panel that you can get done at PCP for 20$. I have had the absolute best experience so far with Dr. Collin! For the longest time I kept going back and forth on if it would be worth it for me to go to a holistic doctor since it can be pricey. Dr. Lena has been a long time friend since college and when I saw her work and dedication through The Wellness Way, I knew she would help me obtain my goals! Since seeing Dr. Lena, my energy is up and I have lost over 25 pounds 🤩 this is a very hard journey, but if you have the right mindset and the help you can achieve the goals not only physically but mentally as well! Living in NY, Dr. Lena has made it very accessible to talk to her with anything that I need. 10/10 recommend!
