The Wellness clinic where i am a client of Callums' is most accomadating and welcoming. I am impressed that i can have physio treatments & participitate in exercise classes in the one place. The classes have a great friendly atmosphere as well as informative. The physcio I receive from Callum is never rushed and expertly done, i have major back issues & i always leave the clinic in much better shape than i arrived. Thank u guys for making us all welcome.
Calum from The Wellness Team has been assisting me with fitness and balance for years. Recently he prepared me for knee replacement surgery with appropriate exercises and I had a speedy recovery, due my surgeon said, to the preparation Calum worked with me on. I still have weekly appointments and continue to enjoy a good level of fitness and balance and I’m thankful to The Wellness Team for this.
Callum and the team are fantastic. Always spot on with diagnosis. Regular appointments only seemed to be recommended if necessary. Other than that, iv always felt like I’m in control of what I need and never feel pushed. Obviously different treatments work for different people. For me though, this team never disappoint.
Callum is an awesome physio - has completely fixed my back . I’m a 42 year old bricklayer and now fitter then I’ve ever been. He hits all the knots perfectly and now I can deadlift again
I have had a lot of issues with my back over the years and nobody has been able to help. When I found The Wellness Team in Aspley everything changed. Calum has been amazing, a good combination of exercises, Physio and really taking the time to help me understand what’s going on. Would definitely recommend them!
