I’ve been seeing Dr. West since 2009. She is a great doctor and never has a long wait! I recommend everyone to have her as a primary doctor. She will not let you down!!
Dr. Mendoza is so kind & compassionate. She truly listens to your concerns & goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The front desk is always very kind & helpful too with very short wait times.

Dr. West is phenomenal. My 17yo sees her for basic care. Dr. West comes in with a smile and a "to serve you" attitude. Every time we have been at the Pontiac location, my daughter and I feel Dr. West listens to our concerns and comments. She allows us to ask questions without making us feel unintelligent. I have to admit, I was skeptical about coming here simply because our Medicaid was accepted.
